
Repair and refurbishment of a dilapidated Listed Building, parts of which date from the 16th-17th century.
The project was grant assisted with funding administrated by Copeland
Borough Council. Much of the historic fabric of the building was
retained although seriously degraded parts, for example the slate roof,
were reinstated using authentic materials in accordance with
traditional methods.
