Holmewood Residential Care



The project involves an extension providing twenty additional bedrooms and communal facilities to the existing care home, a late 19th century Listed Building set in wooded grounds within Cockermouth Conservation Area. Planning Permission was approved in April 2005. The layout of the building is carefully arranged around established trees on the site in order to minimise environmental and visual impact.
