Recently featured in the local press and BBC Radio, this "eco-home" project has been undertaken by Day Cummins Limited director Stuart Woodall and involves the ecologically sustainable conversion of a previously derelict barn into an exemplary low-energy family dwelling.

Situated within the Lake District National Park, the eco-friendly ethos extends to wildlife habitat promotion, including built-in bat roosts and a planted green roof.
