Phase One comprising Distribution, Dry Goods Store, Defrost, service Corridor and Plant Rooms. Phase Two comprising Potato Top Processing Unit, Potato Line Unit, Tray Wash Unit and Mince Line Unit. Both Phases also include ancillary accommodation at first floor level including Canteen / Kitchen, Changing Rooms and Offices. The depot building provides warehouse and retail space for Althams Builders Merchants Cockermouth outlet on an agriculture-related business park site. The structure consists of a steel portal frame clad with composite profiled cladding panels and features a striking cantilevered canopy over the frontal loading bay.
