Both Phases also include ancillary accommodation at first floor level including Canteen / Kitchen, Changing Rooms and Offices. The depot building provides warehouse and retail space for Althams Builders Merchants Cockermouth outlet on an agriculture-related business park site. The structure consists of a steel portal frame clad with composite profiled cladding panels and features a striking cantilevered canopy over the frontal loading bay.
